PROCESSING TIME:

Processing time 4-5 working days. Custom orders might take up to 7 working days. 

Orders are processed for delivery exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 

During periods of high sales volume, fulfillment times may be extended, potentially resulting in longer dispatch times for your order.

• Estimated standard delivery across UAE 2-3 business days once your order is ready to be shipped. Enjoy flat delivery rate of 25 AED.

• Estimated standard delivery to GCC, Northern American & European countries 5-12 business days. Shipping rate 85 AED / 25 USD.

 

WHERE DO WE SHIP:

• We deliver your orders all over UAE and GCC countries. Full list of countries is available at checkout.

• We deliver to most European countries, USA, Canada.  Full list of countries is available at checkout.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

If you want to change or cancel your order, just email us at friends@the101notes.com right away with your order number. Once we've started shipping, we can't make any changes or cancel the order, sorry about that!

 

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED ORDER:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when checking out. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate and secure delivery address. We can't be held responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address.

Once your order is shipped, any delays or delivery problems are out of our control. We don't offer refunds for shipping delays.

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days or seems lost, contact your local postal service and email us. We'll help, but investigations may take up to 5 business days.

For lost or damaged shipments, let us know within 60 days of placing your order. We can't guarantee a reship or refund outside of this timeframe.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll resend it at your expense. Returned parcels may take months to arrive.
