• All sales for digital, custom, or pre-order products are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

• If you received wrong order or a faulty product, please initiate return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Keep in mind that most of our products at 101NOTES are handcrafted, which may result in slight variations in cut and finish. These variations are not considered faults as they do not affect the functionality of the product.

• We use only premium recycled paper stock, you may notice small fibres on the paper. This is a normal condition for this type of paper and is not considered as defect.
